Layered Enchilada Bake

1 lb. ground beef
2 cups salsa
1/4 cup Italian dressing
6 flour tortillas
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 can (15oz.) black beans drained & rinsed
2 Tbls taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded mexican cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown meat w/onions and drain.
Stir in salsa, beans, dressing & seasoning mix.

Arrange 3 tortillas on bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Layer with meat mixture, then sour cream, then cheese. Repeat layers. Cover.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover after 30 minutes.

Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, if desired.
