Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 Cup milk
1 package of Lipton Onion soup mix


Mix together, form into small balls, bake @ 375 for about 18-20 mins. (until brown)

Sauce
1 Cup Brown sugar
2 Cups ketchup
1 tsp. worshershire sauce

Mix together in sauce pan, and bring to boil over med. heat.
Pour over meatballs and keep warm in crock pot.

Pralines

1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 package graham crackers
1 cup finely chopped pecan or peanuts

line cookie sheet with foil, place crackers on foil. Boil all ingredients together 3 min. add vanilla, spread over crackers, sprinkle chopped nuts on top, bake 10 min at 350.

Layered Enchilada Bake

1 lb. ground beef
2 cups salsa
1/4 cup Italian dressing
6 flour tortillas
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 can (15oz.) black beans drained & rinsed
2 Tbls taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded mexican cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown meat w/onions and drain.
Stir in salsa, beans, dressing & seasoning mix.

Arrange 3 tortillas on bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Layer with meat mixture, then sour cream, then cheese. Repeat layers. Cover.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover after 30 minutes.

Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, if desired.

Sausage Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs sausage
2 8oz blocks cream cheese
2 cans Rotel

DIRECTIONS

Cook sausage and drain.

Mix in cream cheese and Rotel. Heat through.

Serve warm with tortilla chips

Hot Dog Chili Sauce

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 Lg. onions chopped
2 bay leaves... See More
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/4 T. chili powder
1/2 T. vinegar
1/8 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste

Mix all ingredients well, crumbling uncooked meat into the pan. Cook 3 hours on low heat uncovered. Stir occasionally.

Chocolate Supreme

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 lg. pkgs. Instant chocolate pudding
16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip
4 c. milk

Mix together flour, margarine & pecans. Pat out in a 9 X 13 inch dish. Bake 15 minutes at 375* or until golden brown. Let cool.

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar & cool whip; spread over chilled crust. Mix 2 large pkgs. instant pudding with 4 cups milk and pour over cheese mixture. Then cover with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with 1/2 c. chopped pecans.

Chicken Divan

2 chicken breasts
1 sm. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 sm. can mushrooms
salt & pepper
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Crushed Ritz crackers

Cook chicken till tender. Chop into bite-size pieces. Cook and drain broccoli. Butter a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover bottom of dish with broccoli. Layer chicken on top of broccoli and then drained mushrooms. Salt & pepper to taste. Mix soup and milk together and pour over chicken. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
